An email address, which is required to use the product. The coins on your watchlist, your alert settings, and your subscription status.

The iOS app also creates a random identifier for your install the first time it runs, and sends it with each request so we can tell repeat traffic apart and stop one caller flooding the service. It is not your name and not your device’s name; it is a number we generated. An install we do not hear from for ninety days is deleted.

While you are signed in we also hold the notification token Apple issues for that iPhone. It delivers the alerts you set, and it lets us wake the app quietly in the background so your widgets are not showing yesterday’s price. Signing out deletes it, and so does deleting your account.

We record which tokens are looked up, so that we know what to keep priced. And our servers see the network address every request comes from, as every server does; we use it only to count requests against abuse limits, and those counters are deleted within about two hours. We do not derive a location from it.

No private keys, no seed phrases, no identity documents. There is no KYC step, because Tickerset never touches your funds. We do not ask for your holdings or their size; a watchlist is a list of tickers, not a portfolio.

To sign you in, to render your watchlist and alerts, to run your subscription, and to email you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Supabase stores accounts and watchlists on our behalf. DexScreener serves the public price data. We request quotes for tokens, not for users, so your watchlist is not disclosed to them. Payments settle on Robinhood Chain, which is public by design: the transfer that pays for Pro is visible to anyone, permanently, and we cannot change that.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Ask us to delete it and we will, minus anything already written to a public blockchain, which is beyond our reach.

You can edit or clear your watchlist at any time.

Delete your account from inside the app: Settings, then Delete account. It removes the account and everything hanging off it, the watchlist, the settings and the alerts, in one statement. You do not have to ask us and we cannot undo it.

Turning notifications off for Tickerset in iOS Settings, or signing out, removes the notification token described above. Signing out also stops the install identifier being sent.
